SS&C’s Retirement Income Clearing and Calculation (RICC) platform is a middleware solution that addresses retirement income needs and provides integrated, holistic solutions for product providers, record-keepers and insurers alike. In this evolving market sector, SS&C is a dominant player attracting leading firms which necessitates the expansion of the RICC team. In addition to RICC, SS&C offers RolloverCentral a middleware platform for IRA rollovers. RolloverCentral enables participants to open IRAs in a single web session with the IRA provider of their choice and then to facilitate the transfer of assets from their 401(k) plans into IRAs paperlessly. The RICC and RolloverCentral products can be used in combination to support portability for retirement income offerings or separately to address the portability of participants in transition. What You Will Get To Do: • The ideal candidate will possess strong inter-personal skills and will work closely with all members of the RICC and RolloverCentral product teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a mastery of the following skill set: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate client specific strategy needs into business requirements and technical process flows. Strong data analytics skills including the ability to review, analyze and document data file/data field requirements and exchange protocols. Ability to identify critical data elements to cross map records across multiple partners (record-keepers, insurance providers, managed account providers, IRA Providers, and advisory firms) relative to specific product features. Ability to review and analyze retirement income product brochures, contracts, etc. to build a summary of key product features and services to be supported. Ability to analyze IRA accounting opening protocols defined by clients and advisory firms for integration within RolloverCentral. What You Will Bring: Experience implementing participant microsites and SSO protocols. Critical thinker able to trouble shoot problems and recommend solutions to realize greater efficiencies. Good communication skills and the ability to interface with clients in discovery sessions to troubleshoot questions and define integration requirements. Function as a liaison between product team members and the RICC development team to impart product requirements Motivated, energetic, self-starter who can make immediate contribution to the RICC/RolloverCentral project team.
